Really enjoyed our apartment stay with family, hot tub and apartment was lovely & the view stunning! Staff were excellent and breakfast was so good with lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes etc couldn’t fault it.

“A fantastic 10 day holiday in a fantastic place”
We loved everything about the property. Our room was just lovely we stayed on the 5th floor which had the hot tub on the balcony. The room had been refurbished to a very good and modern style. The balcony was something else 😁 the view was unbelievable. We actually didn’t want to come home 🥲 The staff were all very nice and couldn’t do enough for you, there were lots of sun beds around the pool area and it was lovely and clean. We ate out every night at some lovely restaurant in los Gigantes. It was a 15 minute walk down hill then we got a taxi back up the hill it was only €5 well worth it.

“Quiet place”
We had a three bedroom appartment with a private whirpool in the highest floor. Renovated, clean, very comfortable with a privacy, because there was no other appartment above us. The whirpool was great and the sunset in a combination with huge Los Gigantes were breathtaking. The place was quiet. Lidl is 15 minutes walking. The gym was nice, but you need to activate your room card at the reception first.

“AWFUL. Steer clear.”
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We paid for a luxury suite with a hot tub and were placed right next to the swimming pool, with constant noise and a disco at night. Staff were completely indifferent and rude and refused to move us to a quieter room.

The apartment (we received an upgrade to a two-room suite) was clean, comfortable, and really nice. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of tasty options. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate the anniversay. We would definitely come back!
