Nice and cozy apartment. Shops, beach, gym, restaurants - most things all close. Nights are bit loudy sometimes, but with closed windows it is okay. Overall very nice place to stay and Los Gigantes is not so crowded as southern part big tourist places. Everything is little bit more local and for me it was important. Rooftop has much more potential with little investment in furniture.

Ideal localisation in the strict city center. Excellent coffee and restaurant 20 meters from it :). Nice contact with owner. Trully recomend.

Kitchen was equipped with everything you need, very useful utilities Bathroom with a shower, bide also very clean and comfortable. Two separate bedrooms , which was very useful for us as two ladies in old age

In general very nice apartment, and I would recommend to stay here. The host Alejandra is very nice and helpful person. Shops/bars/restaurants are just around the corner. Apartment is spacious. Bed mattress was a bit to soft for me in one of the beds, but this is subjective opinion. There is washing machine (on the attic). The kitchen is well equiped and apartament is clean.

it is a clean and basic functional apartment. No balcony, Little bad smell from the bathroom, but big fridge and roof terrace for drying clothes. Friendly landlady. Flat is located in the center of Los Gigantes, in good walking distance to the beach. Who does not want to sleep before midnight and looks for a good flat for enjoying beach and activities, will find a central place for a reasonable price.
