Comfortable, in a good area, close to all supermarkets restaurants and the harbour. We had a toaster that didn’t work I got in touch with the agent it was replaced the same day.

Stayed previously at this property, no issues regarding key collection clear instructions given by Marta. Location is great for the town, Marina, small beech, supermarkets and restaurants, nothing is more than a short walk. Views from the terrace are excellent over looking the main pool and onto the sea. The renovated pool is also great, they have done an excellent Apartment in comfortable and has all the facilities as described and you would expect.

Apartment 4 The location is perfect. The size of the apartment is very generous, nice outdoor space too. Although the outdoor furniture could do with updating. Lots of storage space and a well equipped kitchen. We had a couple niggles which Marta dealt with straight away. Overall it was clean. Beds were very comfortable. We slept really well. Although the bedside lights were very odd and the light outside the ensuite went on and off of its own accord. If there was a little more attention to detail, it was brought up to the standard of the other apartments and the pool area was more appealing we would stay again. We did enjoy our stay it was just a tired appartement and seems to rest on its earlier reviews.

Location is fantastic

Location is great being right by the harbour although there is no parking and finding somewhere is an issue. Very generously sized apartment. Clean and everything works as it should. Good size patio very close to the pool ( unheated) and generally very quiet. Comfortable and excellent value. Good communication with Marta prior to arrival and to resolve some minor issues on site. Would happily return although not perhaps for an extended stay.

Apartment is spacious and in an excellent location facing the pool and near to all the amenities in Los Gigantes. Clean, comfortable and tidy with all the facilities you would expect from a property like this. Good wifi, that wasn't operating on arrival, however the host sorted the issue with the provider as prompt as possible.

Spotless, well equipped and the location was perfect. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and cliffs. Any questions, Marta was very quick to reply. She was extremely kind and facilitating.

Our apartments look very nice and large on the pictures, in real life it is a bit different but interior is good and well decorated. There is a very nice view, large terrace and apartment is fully equipped with lovely little things in the kitchen, bathrooms and first aid box. Swimming pool just next door makes our stay comfortable for kids.

Location was brilliant! Could see the sea and inly a few steps to the pool. All on one level which was perfect for my dad. Really quiet even on a Saturday night!

We had a wonderful stay. This apartment was just perfect for us as a family with young children. Lots of space, no dangerous balcony, a very short level walk to the big pool with a great shallow area for the children. It was clean and seemed newly refurbished. The beds are comfortable! Gorgeous view of sun sets over the sea from the front terrace. Lovely mix of locals and various different holiday makers around the pool. There weren’t usually more than three or four families/couples around the pool and we often had the pool to ourselves. The complex is very quiet and feels completely safe and family friendly. The marina has some lovely little shops and restaurants and a great ice cream place. Marta who manages the property is so friendly and very available.
