“It was horrible”
Paid for 3 suites but on arrival got 3 normal rooms and no refund. Got moved to a room not a suite with no airconditioning. This hotel sells on bookings.com suites with a balcony and rooms like that does not exist in this hotel it is a balcony on a floor that can be used by all on that floor. All and all a horrible experience and sad that bookings.com will have a hotel like this on this amazing site.

“Very clean rooms, professional service , friendly staff, good security and very calm environment”
I booked this hotel for my mother and niece, they gave very good feedback about the hotel. The staff were very friendly, clean rooms (linens were changed everyday), the security was very helpful. Overall very good and prompt service. The room had everything they needed. Thank you all very much for taking care of my family, special thanks to Isaac in housekeeping.

Breakfast was poor/primitive. No coffee machine, no milk, no cookies/biscuits. The price paid was USD30 bigger than agreed by Booking. No drinking water in room.
