Our family stay with my wife and daughter was truly special, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of the General Manager, Mr. Monzer Vida. On our very first day, we were met with a stressful situation when our taxi driver who picked us up from the airport refused dollars and insisted on Naira but Mr. Vida stepped in immediately with such kindness and professionalism to solve the problem for us—he was a true lifesaver! The hotel itself is wonderful. Our room was so cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us the perfect rest. We were also very impressed with the food; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all absolutely delicious. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, creating a lovely, family-friendly atmosphere. It is rare to find a team that cares so personally for their guests. A huge thank you to Mr. Vida and his staff for making our holiday so stress-free and memorable!"

The hotel is situated at a very good and prime quiet location in the centre of Abuja. The building is beautiful.

“It went very well, just that the issue of that breakfast was a huge blow.”
I was told that since I booked through Booking.com, my package was not inclusive of breakfast and I felt very bad about that. At the point of booking the accommodation, Booking.com ought to have given me a an option either to book with breakfast or to exempt it but that was not done.

I had to pay for a more expensive room (Executive suite) as the property claimed the Classic room I booked was not available They only notified this on the point of check in. And I had to book for only 1 night because of this dissapoiting occurence
