“Disappointing stay”

The property is located in a very safe estate. Kitchen staff were diligent and hardworking. The bed was comfortable, but the cleaners were not coming regularly. A few friendly staff.

It's actually an affordable place for someone on a budget but make sure you call to confirm availability and price, Very secured, very clean, (a cleaner comes everyday) owner gives quick responses especially to issues relating to the room, room was quite spacious too and had a balcony Also close to ShopRite so you can get foodstuffs and toiletries There's a kitchen so you can choose to cook also And also a private bathroom

“We didn't stay as our room was given out”

They're not reliable, we got there and we had no where to stay as they've gave our booked room to another client.

“Rude people”

The contact person was very rude and was asking for me to pay higher than what I saw on booking.com

“The Accomodation should stop using bookin.com if they cannot guarantee reserving rooms for guests.”

I made a reservation through booking.com but on getting to the accommodation I was informed that the room is no longer available and no reason was given for giving the room out to another customer . That was very disappointing and saddening because I had to upgrade to a more expensive room.

We were turned back at midnight because we refused to pay an amount doubled the rate we booked on booking.com with a confirmed booking.

I made a booking, I confirmed the said booking only to go the Hotel and be told that someone else was in occupation… I was redirected to another property which was said to be an annex of your property which had gutter service.
