Its a whole house so we had privacy and space. Owner responded within 24 hours when I said fridge isnt working and had it replaced when it cant be repaired. Gated community.

The location of the property is just few minutes from the center of Balanga, situated inside a quiet subdivision with a guardhouse so it gave us a secured feeling. The key to the house has been provided via a series of steps to do which was quite understandable and easy. The ambiance of the house gave a cozy and homey feeling. Except for a visible footprint in the living room, the place is clean. Everything seems to be on its proper place. A couple of instructions and house rules are placed around the area to guide guests. We enjoyed using the TV during our down time; kitchen utensils and facilities such as fridge, oven, kettle, cooker and sink were useful; cleaning materials are also provided; aside from sleeping time we did not used the bedrooms much but the air-conditioning was a hit.
