Overview
Located at the foot of the Grand Temple of Ramses II, Abu Simbel Hotel offers views of Lake Nasser. It offers a landscaped pool area, luscious gardens and Nubian-style accommodation. All accommodation at Abu Simbel offer views of a garden or Lake Nasser. Each room offers a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a wardrobe. The suite includes a living room with sofa. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and hairdryer. Guests can have their pick of sumptuous cuisine at the hotel’s main restaurant that offers both fine oriental and international buffets specialties. Toshka serves à-la-carte specialties, while the Pool Bar offer cocktails and mocktails. Many onsite activities can be carried out during guests’ stay including table tennis and billiards that are available at an added fee. Children can enjoy swimming in the children’s pool located on upper levels. Seti Abu Simbel Lake Resort is within 500 metres walk from town. Abu Simbel Airport is 3 km drive away from the hotel. A free airport shuttle is available.

“The most scenic place in Egypt”
I’ve travelled the whole country from Alexandria down to Abu Simbel and stayed in many hotels on the route. This resort just left me speechless. Charming establishment with relaxing ambience, authentic architecture, chic amenities and flawless service. I wish I had more days planned for Abu Simbel to enjoy a longer stay at Seti resort. Here I lived thought the most scenic and dramatic sunset over the lake Nasser of my whole journey, thanks to very attentive personnel at reception who assigned me the room upon my request. Abu Simbel is only 15 minutes walk from the resort, you have a unique opportunity to be the first and only visitor at temples for sunrise. Overall it’s an amazing resort. I highly recommend spending at least a night there whenever you end up visiting Abu Simbel temples.

Amazing hotel with a scenic view. We booked a night in Abu Simbel due to a change of plans but it turned out to be completely worth it. Seti Lake Resort is fantastic. It has a privilegiate position over the Nasser Lake, relax is guaranteed. The staff was friendly and the hotel well maintained and with top notch services.

“Wonderful Quiet calm space to rejuvenate”
Every thing. The hotel organised our travel arrangements from the airport, to the temple, to Sound and Light show and back to Aswan by car. It was expensive but everything ran smoothly. It was a relaxing, calm and organised stay due to the efficiency of management. Dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing. Staff were very professional, cheerful, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you need a break from hectic Egypt

Was absolutely fantastic! The service and staff were incredible. The facilities were great, and the hotel itself felt very clean. It’s in a great spot, so close to Abu Simbel temple. The food was also great! We would recommend staying here especially if you’re wanting to go to the temple a couple of times. We went at about 3:30PM and saw about 3 people the whole time. At 6:30 in the morning it was a bit busier with a few tour groups there already

Everything! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The views from the room were amazing (same from the pool area), the staff was great, and a 10/15 minutes walk from Abu Simbel temple.

“Impeccable stay and perfect organization.”
Our experience at Seti Abu Simbel Lake Resort was extremely positive. The hotel offers every service. Its location, with a wonderful view of the lake and easy access to the Abu Simbel site, makes it an excellent choice. We especially appreciated the constant assistance of Mohammed in every activity and transfer, organized down to the finest details. His kindness and professionalism truly make a difference. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The temples can be done in one day, but this hotel is so nice that we felt sad leaving. The staff is super friendly.

We had a quiet suite far from the swimming pool. We can walk to the temple. We wait for sound and light and come back walking. We bring our breakfast at the temple to see sunrise
