“Great place in Abu Simbel”

Really comfortable and pretty room with a small kitchen. 20 minutes walk from the temples, close to the bus station and many restaurants. Rich breakfast included.

This is an excellent, very clean homestay. The location is a bit tricky to find, but after contacting the host on WeChat, they immediately came to open the door and hand us the keys. They were also thoughtful enough to buy us some local snacks. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the temple—just a straight shot down the road. Breakfast is available along the way to the temple. Given that internet signal is generally poor across Egypt, we expected the homestay’s Wi-Fi to be weak too, but it turned out to be the best among several hotels we experienced—smooth enough to stream videos without any issues.

“An awesome place and a great host for your Abu Simbel visit”

The host was the best host we ever came across. He helped us with everything we needed, including transportation, entrance to the temple, food, a boat ride, and actually everything we needed help for whether big or small. He was very nice and made sure we are not in need of anything, with a smile. Also the apartment was great and clean and space was well utilized. It had everything we needed for a short stay, like water, juice, soap, instant coffee and tea. Also location wise it was very good, and close to the bus station, the hotel where the host works and can provide help when you need it, and the Abu Simbel temple itself. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the temple, but you also can take a tuktuk if you want.

“Hidden Gem in Abu Simbal”

Everything ! The location, the owner, everything in this apartment was great. If you will spent the night in Abu Simbal you definitely should stay in this apartment. 10 min by walk from the temple. The breakfast is included and it will in the nearby hotel Tuya which also a good place to take a drink or to eat while waiting for the night show. But the most important thing that you need to know is the kindness of the owner. He was helping us, before, during and after our stay. Thank you so much

Location is good, nice staff

Fetching us from airport, having breakfast and bringing us back was a great thing. This was worth the higher price we payed. You can easily go by feed to the monument area. Restaurant is nice with good food. Contact was very good und ownwer nice too.

The flat is nice

Location, amenities, value for the money and the host. After Luxor and Aswan it was very nice to feel the quiet in Abu Simbel.

Not worth of money but in Abu Simbel isn't big choice, so decide depending on your preference 1. Wrong location: they put in Booking and Google not correct location. We were choosing the accomodation by location - closer to water, views and we were looking for the place to be quiet at night for being able to sleep- no, in the place, that they put on map is public not functioning toilet only. The house itself is in the active city area and the bed in the house is literally 2 metres from the road, where starting from 4 am all the driving with beeping is happening - good sleep isn't possible 2. If you need the fridge, it's very loud at night 3. Bathroom is not clean. You take shower and water is everywhere, when you start removing water, you discover a lot of dust that you just managed to clean. 4. Kitchen exists but there is not much stuff for using and nothing for being able to clean that you used 5. They invite for breakfast many times pretending that it's kind of included but it's not included, they just want you to have breakfast in their hotel. 6. Bed doesn't have bedsheets for the blankets - for winter is the case. 7. And views from the windows go to the road only.

Tutu shuttle service and welcome drink surprised us .

Shaaban is being very helpful during our stay. he helped us to arrange a tuk tuk driver to pick us up at the bus staation and arranged the shared van for us to go back to Aswan. the apartment is good for three people. the place is about 15mins walk to the temple. Breakfast at Tuya hotel is included. we had a really good time .
