“Excellent guest house near Abu Simbel Temples”

1. Spacious, clean room with two isolated bedrooms, two bathrooms, large terraces, kitchen and access to the Nubian-style roof. The photos are real. 2. Abu Simbel Museum ticket offices are 10-15 minutes away by leisurely walk. By Egyptian standards, the surroundings are quite pleasant. 3. Ramadan is a wonderful, friendly host with fluent English (it is a rarity in Egypt). 4. Ramadan has its own Nubian restaurant in Abu Simbel (with tasty local cuisine), several high-quality cars for transporting tourists, an arrangement with boaters (to meet the dawn at Lake Nasser) – for a reasonable fee he can organize turnkey trip. He provided us with a transfer in a new and comfortable minivan from Aswan Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the center of Aswan with check-in and waiting on the Aswan Plateau and at Philae Island. We also agreed with him on an individual transfer from Aswan to Luskor with a stop in Kom Ombo, Edfu and Esna.

The flat was clean, comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Everything seems to have been renovated recently. 2 nice terrace where you can take your breakfast. Close to Abu Simbel centre. Nice breakfast and landlord who can get your tickets to the night show (beautiful) for the same price as the official one, but without queuing.

Facility is acceptable, service is good (though we didn't have much to ask for), the host tried hard to make us feel comfortable. They gave us plenty of bottled water and fruit. They also provide car ride around Abu Simbe if you request, which save your energy bargain with Tuktuk. The breakfast is traditional Egyptian breakfast.

Large, well decorated rooms and bathrooms with direct access by foot to the temple or places to eat. Breakfast was perfect Our host arranged a boat trip to discover the temple before the sunset, great times.

The owner is really nice. He helped us a lot. And he can also pick us from Aswan to Abu-Simbel at a good price. He can also order the boat for us to see sun-rising. He is hard-working. We can become friends! The house is big and clean with 2 balconies. The decorations are good taste.Don’t miss it if you come to Abu-simbel.

Unexpectedly large and well equipped accommodation. Very friendly, attentive, and responsive hosts, quick to answer and questions, and to help when we needed it. The town didn't have much in the way of restaurants, but we were able to buy all we needed in the local supermarkets and to prepare a full meal in the accommodation because there is a fully equipped kitchen! Also, a laundry, 2 large bathrooms, and 2 very comfortable bedrooms (both with large balconies). Really very comfortable accommodation with everything you could ask for.

The host's kindness made us feel comfortable at all times. He was attentive to our needs and even helped us with transport there. The homemade breakfast was delicious, especially the falafel.

Nicely decorated and well provided two-bedroom apartment. Laundry machine and fridge with drinks and fruit gratis. Close to the temples and a hotel that sells beer! Ramadan was an exceptional host, providing transport, information and excursions. Couldn’t have asked for better!

A very suitable place to stay for a few days without any shortage, as you will not lack anything because the owner of the apartment, Ramadan, is very helpful, respectful and very welcoming to guests and seeks to make your stay easy and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and lack nothing, with a complete breakfast meal that suits all tastes and high cleanliness with a beautiful view from the balcony. I was happy to stay in the place and it was a successful choice and I hope that it will be repeated and I advise anyone coming to try it

The room was very clean and smelled nice with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. It was a wonderful night in addition to the services provided by the owner of the place. I had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The owner was incredibly responsive throughout my visit. He received us with welcome drink and fruits. The location is just a 20-minute walk to Abu Simbel Temple, making it super convenient for exploring. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh omelets, bread, and hot coffee—a great way to start the day. But what really stood out was the host’s kindness. After checking out, I accidentally left a small bag behind. Not only did he notice it right away and try to contact me immediately, but he also took the effort to drive a shortcut to return it to me personally. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly made my experience special!

Our host Ramadan’s Nubian Guesthouse is lovely - maybe the nicest place we stayed during our six weeks in Egypt.  Ramadan built the guesthouse from scratch, gradually expanding it to its current four rooms.  It was a joy to sit on the large balcony as the sun went down - there are even screens on the doors to keep the mosquitoes out of the room.  We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant Ramadan recommended and we wandered around the small town of Abu Simbel in the evening.  Ramadan picked us up at the airport, brought us to the temples and drove us back to the airport when our visit was over.  He made everything so easy for us.
