Mr Samuel (Manager) was very understanding and supportive to resolve the breakfast charges issue. He got us charges free due to checkin staff mistake.

Location was good for a layover stay. Bed sheets were new and clean.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived very late at night, around 1:30 AM, completely exhausted, and went straight to bed. Just a few hours later, at 5:00 AM, I was woken up not once, but twice by phone calls from the reception. The reason? They wanted to ask whether I would be having breakfast. This is absolutely unacceptable. Calling a guest at such an early hour for a non-urgent question shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for basic guest comfort. Sleep is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and yours was carelessly and unnecessarily interrupted. There was no apology, no consideration, and frankly, no common sense in handling this situation. This experience completely ruined my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values rest, privacy, and basic courtesy.

The hotel is very comfy, the personal is very friendly and professional. They sorted out all my issues including late checkout. The Restaurant was very nice, food taste like home at reasonable prices. Again the staff really friendly and diligent. I totally come back to this hotel very near to the Abu Dhabi international airport

Since I stay at the hotel a lot,The staff do their job well but sometimes the problem arises when im sleeping during the day. This prevents them from entering to clean and provide the room with what's missing. This time they showed great concern, calling every evening to check if I need cleaning or anything else. Previously, I was the one who called them.

“Good for airport”

Excellent mid-priced choice if you want to be near the airport: 10 minutes by taxi. Large rooms in good conditions. Shower non-intuitive and took a little while to get to temperature. Standard but good quality restaurant (opens at 6 am), with an outdoor ground level terrace: nice to sit outside in the morning cool. I valued the shaded roof top pool and loungers - open until 7pm - which then lets you enjoy the outside in the heat of the day. But could get crowded when the hotel is busy.

Great stay! You unfortunately we did have the breakfast because we had to catch an early flight but the staff were amazing, letting us check in early and helping us to book a ride back to the airport!

“Ideal for a 1 night stop over, very isolated for anything longer.”

The breakfast choice was very good, the lady at the restaurant desk was super helpful and very friendly. The room was large, there was tea/coffee kettle in the room. Very unexpected pool and sun deck on the roof with towels provided, I wish we had packed swimwear.

A special mention has to go to Mr. Sameer at the front desk. He made the entire check-in process incredibly smooth and easy. After a flight, that's exactly what you need, a great attitude that makes a real difference to the arrival experience. As a coffee lover, I was delighted to see a Costa Coffee right there. No need to go searching elsewhere. Little wins like that matter. 😊 Everything in the hotel from the lobby to the corridors to the room had that fresh, well-maintained look. It just feels good when a place clearly cares about presentation and hygiene. My room was comfortable, quiet, and well laid out – no complaints at all. And breakfast the next morning was great. Good variety, fresh options, and again, everything looked clean and well kept. All in all, a genuinely pleasant stay. Great value, great welcome, and Sameer deserves a shout-out for setting the right tone from the start. Would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole staff 🙏
