Excellent location, close by the sea, restaurants, very easy to get a cab and located in a peaceful area. You just cross the street and u r on the Mamsha beach with all the facilities. Abdullah was a great host and we will be more than happy to come again.

“It's even better 2nd time round”
This was my second stay here and not my last, I hope. The location by Mamsha Beach on Saadiyat Island is great, with the Louvre, Abrahamic Family House, teamLab Phenomena all nearby (& more coming soon). Contact from the host was so welcoming and timely - my 2nd visit felt like coming home. The perfect place to stay if you want more from Abu Dhabi than the Yas Island theme parks - and there is much more to Abu Dhabi (and life!) than that.

“A Perfect Stay – Even Better Than the Pictures”
Our experience at this hotel apartment in Saadiyat Island was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how much better the apartment looked in real life compared to the photos — and that’s saying something! The views were absolutely stunning, with the sea just a one-minute walk away. What made it even more special was the free beach access — something you’d normally have to pay for on Saadiyat. The host was incredible: always checking in via messages to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. You could really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the apartment. The whole place smelled amazing, it was spotless, and fully stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, fresh towels, disposable flip-flops, and even a hairdryer. It honestly felt more like a five-star hotel than an apartment. Comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped — this was a fantastic choice, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape in Abu Dhabi!
