Staff hospitality was the best from Mr.Mohammed, Mr.Akil they really helped me to check in way earlier than the expected time and during my stay Ms Mavzuna and Ms Maya were so nice and glad to handle my late requisitions with ease.I am forever grateful to you all. Free room upgrade was also so much appreciated. Good location,clean and calm environment to stay in,i highly recommend it .

This hotel has truly become our second home every time we visit the capital. ​A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Humaida at the reception. She kindly upgraded my room, and her warm hospitality and wonderful attitude truly made my stay memorable. ​I also want to extend a special thanks to the restaurant staff; the breakfast buffet was high quality, luxurious, and made our mornings very enjoyable. ​Lastly, thank you to the bellboy for his kind smile, and the room service team for their great assistance. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The staff were amazing throughout the entire stay ,, very friendly, collaborative, welcoming and always willing to help. I stayed three nights in a one-bedroom apartment and two nights in a two-bedroom apartment, and both were very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Room service was fast and responsive, and housekeeping did a really good job. I would also like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of everyone, including the reception team, reservation staff, housekeeping, and room service team. The overall experience was very pleasant, and the hotel offers great value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay.
