“Disappointment! Only for couples!!”
Gets two points for location which is perfect for visiting the parks at Yas island as well as the Yas marina circuit. Fine apartment by the water with a nice view from the little "balcony". Nice playground behind the building for kids and a common swimming pool just 2min walk.

“A week at Water's Edge residential area”
We loved the location (walking distance from a food store, cafés, laundry, walking paths and main entertrainment centers like Sea World, Marina Circuit, etc.). We also liked the furniture & decoration of the flat, the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the heatet outdoor pool and the pool area. We're greatful that the flat was equipped with an iron.

“Epic! Homey! Beautiful! Serene! A must visit!”
The view of the canal from the room and living room! The boho minimalist style! Responsiveness of the host! The pool is heated so we could enjoy an evening swim! The place is also in close proximity to the yas mall, carrefour mini market a pharmacy and several restaurants! We also enjoyed Netflix in the evenings! Cosy!

“An apartment in the heart of YAS island to take your breath away”
Very clean spacious and serves all your needs. Our highlight was that you open the patio door and the swimming pool is outside. You have restaurants a grocery store and many other shops around. In the evening by the water they do some kids activities
