This is a wonderful homestay—very spacious and clean! The host prepared lots of delicious food for us. The facilities are very convenient; there’s a swimming pool downstairs and the beach right next to it. It’s the perfect vacation spot!

The host and management were so attentive, helpful and kind with such professionalism and polite attitude it was a real 10/10 experience. The apartment itself was the best we've ever had and for the price, it was even more amazing. Such a beautiful apartment. We were 4 adults and 1 child and could have catered for more. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen area had all we needed. The pool was perfect. The balcony spacious and comfortable. All bathrooms had essenstials like shampoo soaps and papers. Clothes wash facilities. Really a home from home. The water dispenser was much appreciated as many hosts miss this in offer. Even the tv and surround sound was top. I reccomend the apartment to all who would consider it. The location was perfect also. Overlooking the beach and water. With some nice cafes and bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk in the hotels close by who welcome all. A final word again about owner and management So kind and helpful, answered all our questions and gave amazing recommendations and advice. The welcome basket of treats and essentials was a classy touch.

The swimming pool and the closeness of the private beach were great additions for the family with kids.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. We really appreciate Craig’s hospitality and attention to small details. Everything is designed for making the stay as comfortable as possible. And complimentary snacks and groceries literally stole our hearts. We will definitely try to book it for the next time.

Communication with host was excellent and warming and we were welcomed with some snacks and essentials which went above and beyond our expectations. The apartment is huge and has an amazing pool/sea view, as well as a cute children's bedroom with lots of toys and games which was perfect for our little one. The location is quiet and peaceful whilst still being close to multiple different attractions - a family friendly apartment complex that has incredible amenities like gym, sauna, play/games room too. There are multiple shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk and we had an incredible mini break over the winter holidays (couple and two year old son).

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. My kids especially loved the swimming pool, it was definitely their favorite part. They also enjoyed the play area, which had billiards, books, and fun little nursery toys to keep them entertained. The gym was quiet, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with clean rooms that smelled fresh. We really appreciated how cozy and inviting the space felt. One of the highlights for us was the TV sound system, it felt like we were in a cinema when watching movies!

My partner works for an international luxury hotel group with world famous hotels so we know high standards. This apartment is superb spotlessly clean, every single item in the apartment works and is brand new. The beds are comfortable and everything you could possibly need and more is provided. The toys and books in the kids room is such a nice touch. The terrace is lovely with views of the great swimming pool the kids loved this. Lifeguard always on duty and great with kids. The whole complex is clean bright and concierge staff so nice. The location could not be better the beach on property is quiet and set out really well but Yas Beach is a short walk away too if more facilities are needed. Getting around was so easy Uber taxi’s turn up in 3 mins. What can I say about the host Craig from the videos showing how to check-in, the welcome pack on arrival fruit cookies milk and more his great tips on where to visit and on our check-out day he arranged for his driver to keep our luggage and take us to the beach and come back at the end of the day with all our luggage he even stopped at a supermarket and pharmacy so we could get some items,a level of service I have never experienced in a rental property it was incredible. From booking to our departure the whole experience was exemplary we have recommended this property to all our friends in AD and abroad. Would we come back and book again absolutely without hesitation I only wish we had more time in AD. If your looking around Yas for a property to rent stop now and just book this one!

The property was very neat and clean , very amazing location. Everything is very close by. Host (Craig)are super supporting. I specially thank Mr. Abdul basit for making the exit process so so smooth, very very supporting and humble. Each little thing in the property is is placed very thoughtfully. I personally loved their sound system. One of the property I stayed with no mistakes by the host. My kids loved the bed room , they have got enough stuff to play with. Thank you again guys. Will surely gonna be there again.
