“Nice beach but poor food”

Nice private beach. Our room was amazing.

Everything was excellent, from staff to food ro rooms. Thank you.

The food is very good, especially lunch and dinner. The desserts were less than expected compared to the quality of the other dishes. The natural juices are excellent and available at breakfast, and the fish and seafood are superb. The beach is teeming with wonderful coral reefs and a variety of fish. The place is excellent for snorkeling enthusiasts.

Delicious food and very friendly staff, managers are always there to help you, service and bar staff working hard, but always smiling and speaking so many languages. We definitely coming back next year

Since our arrival, when we met Mr Saad, everything was great. With his kindness he made our holidays memorable, helping and supporting us in every need. As booking.com customers we received a very appreciated upgrade to a fantastic suite perfectly located and with a fantastic seaview. The clean beach is quite enjoyable both for wind protection and white sand that allows the bath. Over the pier is possible to have nice snorkeling sessions. A special remarks to the gym trainer/physiotherapist and SPA representative, very enjoyable. Gym well furnished and good spa. Very good food with a comprehensive variety at the main restaurant for every slot. Many thanks to Hassan, Bahaa and Aladdin at the restaurant and to the barbecue's chef Mahmood. Really thank you!

“Relaxing and restful”

Super reef, quality accommodation, lovely beach and very nice food

We came specifically for diving (which we did not do due to illness). For that the hotel is perfect, fantastic reef with a reputable dive shop on the premises. This time as I booked via booking and not through an operator (tui) we had a very good-big room in main building. Food on the evening when is oriental/local was nice. Nice touch with single serve prebiotic yogurt for breakfast.

Very nice resort! A lot of activities available. Excellent food and too much (all inclusive) :-)

“Perfect relaxing holiday”

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

Very good resort for a week's stay, clean, comfortable, properly manned, nice. Beach is acceptable and reef around the property good (front water is shallow and rocky, but there is a walk-pier for reaching deeper water). Food is ok, without exceptional peaks. Staff kind and helpful.

The hotel is very quiet and it is good to spend time there. Good territory, great beach both with riffs and sand so you can swim at any weather. Great stuff, great view, clean room. We enjoyed tasty food at Italian restaurant. We booked this hotel last year and selected the same one this year.

Saad, our check in manager, was very helpful, both when we arrived and in sorting out a booking at the Italian restaurant. We enjoyed being able to snorkel from the beach and jetty there, though it was rather windy. We also enjoyed the large, well maintained grounds. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

“Best value for money in Marsa Alam”

This is my second stay at Concord Moreen and certainly will not be the last one, everything exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious with an astonishing view, the beach was amazing, for relaxing and snorkeling, The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help, especially Mr.Saad I highly recommend Concord Moreen

The food was excelent! I didn't expect that quality at all. Lots of vegetarian options too and the selection changed every day. 👌🏿 The staff was nice and not pushy, which is great. The room and all of the facility was really clean. It's a smaller hotel complex but that is its superpower. They treat us really well and beyond necesary and I would recommend this hotel to everybody for even few nights. Plus it's not far from the airport.

The staff were exceptional. They will do everything to make you comfortable and feel well-looked after. The house reef is an incredible dive site. The health of the corals are good and there is plenty of marine life. Good diving for advanced divers too.
