late breakfast is not actually a breakfast.. It is a bun with a slice of cheese or beef in it. but, when you merge 2 buns' insides, you don't even get a decent sandwich. I would suggest not to miss the main breakfast where there is eggs, omelets, greens, fruits, pancakes, pastries etc.

Everything was good the stuff are cooperative the animation team are friendly and did great job and lot of activities the chiefs are so good .food variety quantity and quality 👌 .good hospitality

Hugely impressive all-inclusive resort, surrounding a large coral fringed inlet. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the buildings and the astonishingly verdant gardens (We were told an aquifer deep under ground supplies the water that allows the creation of this oasis in the desert). A lot of detailed care has gone into meeting guests needs, and there is a large and very friendly staff that ensures it. Rooms are spacious and clean, the all inclusive menu offers plenty of variety and options. Egyptian beer, wine and cocktails are included - though, being a Muslim country, these, I suspect, are pretty low in alcohol. Maybe there’s a plus to that - no late night lairiness. We didn’t use the pools, though they looked great, as we spent most of our time on the beach, spending a lot of the day snorkelling the healthy, teeming with life, coral. It’s a large complex, but the Brits don’t seem to have discovered it yet, largely because, unlike other European countries, there are no direct flights from the UK to Marsa Alam. Certainly worth making the effort.

Very good location huge territory very well entretenu. A lot of flowers and trees. The see reef was probably the best in Marsa Alam. Turtles, fishes and very nice corals. Good diving centre. The personal was attentive and helpful. The massage was excellent good quality for the price. The desert trip on quadricycle was also nice and safely.

I was not provided the room that i paid for and booked. Providing me with a room facing the beach as a consolation was not acceptable, i start and finish work in midnight hours.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience - a relaxing end of our 2 week trip in Egypt. Staff were very nice, welcoming, smiling and service-minded. The house reef was beautiful with lots of coloful fishes. Our room was the best on our trip in Egypt, spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. Food was good, we are vegan and there were plenty of options. Of course youl can find more interesting food elsewhere in Egypt but we were overall very happy.

we upgraded to a beachfront room and the room was lovely, really comfortable and spacious and amazing view from the terrace. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the beach and snorkelling on the house reef was amazing, such a great location too, we took a trip to Abu dhabab and saw turtles and the reef there was amazing. the spa was also lovely, we had a 2 hour treatment booked and it was so relaxing and great massage. overall a lovely stay and we would come again. food at the al la carte restaurant was good.

Good location, beautiful reef , well maintained and pretty grounds , hard working and mostly friendly staff ,food could be improved and rooms updated but generally good value for money. Moustafa at reception helpul , Mr Yehia also ,and kind waiter Roman in restaurant. Entertainment team hardworking and professional

“Absolute heaven!”

I found this place by accident and it was absolute heaven! The beach by the bay is just paradise, the whole place is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The bed & shower were perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent, There is an Italian Chef and it is really visible on the food quality. Also the animation team is Italian, very nice evening shows. Staff are friendly and helpfull. We were there over NYE and the athomsphere was splendid. We also needed pharmacy, and the service and equipment is top European.

Amazing location for diving or snorkeling, beach located on a bay, protected from waves by the wonderful coral reef. Italian Chef, the food was good for an all inclusive formula. Rooms spacious and clean. Super friendly and available staff. Very recommended!

1- The food quality was so bad. 2- No wifi provided in rooms, only in the lobby. 3- My choice for bed was 1 king bed but I got two small bed attached together in a very bad and unstable way. 4- No enough lights in the place so we didn't feel comfortable to take some walks. 5- Restrictions about the times to use pool or beach, we couldn't even stay on beach at night. 6- No elevators in the properties. 7- no inside games available, each one should get his tools to play. 8- Chefs were not professional and didn't take good care of the food.

“Great experience in the Red Sea”

The resort in general is quite great. A lot of good food with variety, big spaces and amazing snorkeling bay (sometimes even dolphins come inside the bay and you can swim and observe them). Good diving center with great instructors. Great rooms and comfy beds.
