New owners/managers of the facility were extremely helpful, however the facility is in need of some upgrades to lift it up to the next category. I would rate it as class 2, bordering on class 3.

- nice quiet location (but nothing really interesting in walking distance) - spacious room with TV, kettle (but no cups, tea or coffee), Wifi - the hotel is a bit outdated, but it is clean and has a good atmosphere - really good pizza for fair price

“Good for a short stay”
The hotel was comfortable and satisfactory for our needs travelling for 1 night. We checked-in online, only to find a seemingly empty and completely locked hotel on arrival after check-in time. A quick message and a short wait brought staff to greet us. We ate dinner at the restaurant, it was large and tasty.

“Good way how to spend a couple days on ski trip”
Location was great - we were here for skiing in Abtenau so couple of minutes by car from this resort. Nice family hotel with restaurant is fine for staying there couple of days. Despite fact that hotel equipment is older, rooms were clean and cosy, and this is most important! Good pizza in restaurant! Good value to money choice.
