“Perfekt!”

Perfect! We had wonderful time in Abtenau. Our hostess is really kind and friendly. We had interesting talks with each other. This made our short trip more fun as we expected. Breakfast is served with quite a lot of self-made products, delicious and healthy. Ela gave us also very useful tipps for day tours, local restaurants, etc. We will definitely come back , maybe also with friends and relatives. Highly recommend!

Awesome breakfast, very nice view from the balcony, parking at the hotel, very calm place, very friendly and nice host.

We really enjoyed this stay, friendly host and especially, delicious hotel-like breakfast. We had a special request for gluten-free option and everything was prepared. Definitely have to recommend this place.

Amazing place, amazing staff, hotel, everything. Amazing breakfasts, double espresso from the coffee mashine was way above the standard. I would come back again for sure.

Cozy place with friendly owners and a good breakfast. We originally wanted to go cross-country skiing which wasn't possible because of the warm weather, but the area is a good starting point for hikes as well.

Amazing view from the house, hosts were very nice, also very good breakfast - each room has their own designated table and there is a lot of different breads, cheeses, jams, eggs, some fruits, 2 different types of musli, various yoghurts, multiple fruit juices, lots of different hams and salami, coffee machine… you can basically eat enough to skip lunch, all fresh every day. There is also a small fridge with cold drinks that you can access at any time. The rooms are cleaned daily, there is a hairdryer in a wardobe along with sewing kit and a safe, extra blankets…

we had a really nice stay here! the house is very cozy with a nice terrasse, close to the town center and with stunning views. The room was very clean, we had an amazing breakfast and the family is super friendly!

“Wonderful and Relaxing Stay in Haus Sperleiten”

My family and I had spent 6 wonderful nights in Haus Sperleiten. We really enjoyed our stay in this family hotel. Manuela, Andre and their children are nice, helpful and extremely friendly. We loved everything: *Lovely Five stars breakfast with local tasty products. *Cozy comfy rooms with a traditional Austrian decoration. * Our kid had a lot of fun with the other guests, enjoyed chiken's feeding and the spacious garden. * Very inspiring and relaxing view to the mountains *Excellent location, 10min walk to Abtenau city center. *We can not forget the kindness of Manuela and her advices for plenty of places and summer activities. We had a very fabulous time as a family in this amazing family home. We will certainly book here again and again in the future. Vielen Dank!!

The room with bathroom was superclean! Everything was really cosy and we felt there very nice. There was a beautiful scenery from a balcony and whole area around the house was magnificent. The host didn´t speak English and that´s is a pity because I trust that she is really kind and willing to help with trips (she spoke to us via translator and I didn´t want to disturb her with many extra question).

The lady of the house was a great host. Even though she didn't speak english, she tried to explain everything to us. She even offered us homemade eggs which was really good. Otherwise, the room had a wonderful view of the countryside.
