Beautiful boutique apartment with stunning views and excellent facilities. Leo and Katharina are wonderful hosts—always friendly, helpful, and ready to provide guidance whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the kids especially loved spending time in the garden area near to property. The property is conveniently located, making it easy to explore many beautiful attractions in the region, including Hallstatt, Gosausee, Postalm, and Wolfgangsee, all within about a 50 km drive. A perfect base for exploring the area, combined with warm hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

“Clean, warm, great view and location”

Very friendly owners, we went on a 4 day field trip all across from Hallstatt to Salzburg and Germany. The location is in the middle of the area and is easy too find and access everything else with a car. Super clean rooms and a lot of space.

The house is amazing, you have everything you need, al the applience in the house, 2 room with big beds, fully kitchen, and a balcony with a view, katherina is great host Reccomanded house for a star trip

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotlessly clean, and the owners, Leo and Katharina, were incredibly welcoming, greeting us with thoughtful gifts. The location is a bit hilly, but it made for a scenic and peaceful setting, especially with the snow. The area is quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself had everything we needed, and Leo and Katharina were always available and helpful. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, adding to the charm of the place. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The view of the mountains and cows grazing is magnificent! The apartment has everything needed (and more) for a family stay. Leo and Katharina are very helpful, friendly, and approachable. 😊

The host was very generous, nice and helpful. The appartament is light, spacy, warm and comfortable, with great view and the house is in attractve localisation, with easy access and private parking places right in front of the house. We enjoyed the holidays in this object and very much.

A wonderful top floor apartment with a balcony boasting an unbelievable view of the surrounding mountains, not to mention a great spot to observe the night sky. We were met and handed keys by a welcoming host and were gifted a beer each. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to self-cater well enough. Would absolutely book again.

“One of the best places we've stayed during our skiing trips, if not the best”

We were within "striking distance" of the Russbach / Annaberg area where we skied, within walking distance from a supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy, it was quiet, warm, comfortable, clean and the hosts were absolutely fabulous, making sure that we get the most of our holiday. They even went out of their way to leave us some beer in the fridge for when we arrived after a very long drive and also some to take home with us. It was even better than when we stayed in Russbach, for many years, due to the proximity of the supermarket & pharmacy. Fantastic value for money, also, especially considering the latest, post-covid price hikes.
