Ferienappartements Schrattengut is located on the outskirts of quiet Abtenau. Its excellent position offers guests views of the nearby mountain ranges, forests and rolling hills. Apartments at Schrattenbauer have modern décor and a fully equipped kitchen with seating area. They also have cable TV, a balcony and a private bathroom with a shower. There is a free ski shuttle to Dachstein West or Postalm, while the Sonnleitenlift Ski Lift is 200 metres away. The apartments also have a ski boot dryer and ski-storage facilities. Hiking and cycling paths are accessible directly from the apartments. Paragliding and rafting activities can be done 800 metres away, while sled runs can be reached by car in 5 minutes. An outdoor pool is 1 km away. Guests have access to the property’s large lawn with outdoor barbecue facilities. The Sonnleiten Gastronomie is a 5-minute walk away. Guests can request freshly baked bread to be delivered. For children, there is a playground and a games room with table football and books. The views from the large balcony were absolutely stunning and the location was excellent. We enjoyed seeing and hearing the goats, deer, horses and cows in the surrounding farms. The owners are absolutely lovely and the apartment was very clean, quiet, modern and far more spacious than the photos suggest.

View from balcony is breathtaking. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Bed is comfortable and SPAR market is less than 5 min distance by car. She gave us post card as present. We really enjoyed staying there.

The appartment has beautiful views and a very spacious balcony/terrace with mountain views. Our kids really loved the animals walking around the house that we could look at from our apartment as well. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and the hosts were very nice!

Everything was just perfect. Hosts,accomodation,location,view from the windows, soft duvets, comfortable beds, all appliances. The apartment was absolutely cosy with enough privacy and space for whole family. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we highly recommed it to all!

Gorgeous apartment, very clean, with a spectacular view. The landlady was very kind and offered to get bread delivered in the mornings, which we gladly accepted. The bed was super comfortable.

“A peaceful and relaxing stay with a view of dramatic mountains”
very friendly and lovely hosts. the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. A powerful and nice shower which is very important and helpful after a long cold day. A lovely balcony facing the beautiful mountains. fully equipped kitchen(it would be even more helpful if some small stuff were provided, like tea, coffee, sugar, etc.) Supermarkets and coffee shops are just down in the town. Convenient if you have your own transport. Recommended for sure!!

Everything was superlative, the host, the wonderful Auer family, especially Mrs. Gertraud; the gorgeous location, from the balcony you can admire the fantastic surrounding landscapes. Also, the beds were very comfortable, and the cleanliness was perfect. We will definitely come back!
