“Perfect place, well equiped apartment, beautiful nature and view from the balcony”

Very nice owners, well equiped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Truly amazing view from the balcony on the mountains and surrounding nature. The storage for bikes was occupied with other guests bikes, so the owner offered us a separate room in the back of the property. In the basement of the building available room with table tenis, books and board games. Relatively small town Abtenau approx 7km from the apartment offers everything you need. Ideal place for bike tours and hiking, eventually swimming in Abtenau or near lakes.

Location is just amazing, such a beautiful view from apartments. The apartments are very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful garden with pool and mountain view. The owner, Sabine, is very friendly and helpful. Definitely we want to return to this place next time. By car the location is perect to visit surroundings. Also, there is table tennis and washing mashine in the basement.

Sabine who manage the property is wonderful person. The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious. The view outside is amazing. The location of the apartment is a little far from the center. If you have a car, no problem. I highly recommend it to those who love tranquility, nature and a view of the mountains.

Perfect value for money, in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the mountains in an unspoiled isolated location, only 10 minutes from the town of Abtenau. All amenities, from dishwasher, to washing machine, fuss-ball and ping pong table in the basement.

The location is beautiful, it is surrounded by beautiful mountains, the host is excellent, there is nothing more that could be added to. I would definitely recommend for a nice quiet retreat in nature. Recommend visiting also the water park in Abtenau, really nice place for families with kids.
