“Apparently no manager or one that doesn't care”
The entire floor reked of weed , the people next to us music was extremely loud went to desk music stopped for 2 minutes then right back up staff didn't offer any remedies was supposed to stay 2 nights and check out next morning and every time we asked about a refund for the 2nd night we didn't stay we kept being told to call back at this time when manager was there this went on for a week and still never talked to anyone to help us

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great. Everything you need is in the vicinity of the hotel, from the supermarket to Wawa. Dennys is down the street.

“My room had extra guest I didn't sign up for. Me and my husband was up all night killing roaches.”
The parking lot since that's where me and my husband spent the most time being as though it looks like we could not have a refund even though we were not pleased with the room. The water in the pool was not too cold .

“Overall my stay was great!”
I loved Steve!! He is a true gem!! If it wasn't for him my stay wouldn't have occurred. He made sure that I was taken care of as promised as the booking process didn't go to well. He took multiple calls from me as I was worried about my stay. He certainly needs to be acknowledged for the excellent work and customer service he provides.
