Very good location, amazing views of the sea and village, real tropical rainforest experience with the style of the building and where it is located. The staff were all really nice friendly, welcoming and helpful regarding recommendations on what to do. Recommended if coming to Ilha Grande.

Lovely views over the bay. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very attentive and helpful, helped us with transport to and from the island and a boat trip whilst visiting.

Beautiful location and view! Nice rooms and balconies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and we truly enjoyed the afternoon coffee with delicious cakes.

Decent accommodation but shower was tepid and would not get whatever we tried. The room was clean and had a decent view, although there were quite a few steep steps to the Pousada which whilst expected was nevertheless was difficult with the luggage.

Super friendly and helpful people. They sorted out my transfers to the island and back and were full of information on where to go/eat etc. Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent place to stay.

They offer free tea and cake which is nice. Room was cleaned every day That's about it

We highly recommend the Pousada Tagomago hotel. The room was simple, clean and functional. We also really appreciated the breakfast which was very complete. We were two girls and we felt very safe. And special mention to Manu who, in addition to welcoming you very well, took care of the transfers before our arrival and after our departure as well as our activities during the stay. It was great to have such smooth communication and to feel confident. Thank you!

The property was very cute and a good location to access most of the amenities in Abraao. The staff, Manu especially, was excellent. He helped us organising tours and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was also very nice.

Perfect location with very nice views, walking distance to the main village, beaches and hiking trails. The staff was very kind and helpful.

“Perfect Pousada for a short stay in ilha grande”

You enter via the beach up a set of stone stairs, with the most incredible view from the Pousada. Manu made our stay so wonderful, helping us book our transfers before we even arrived, and then recommending and booking us a tour whilst we were there. We don’t speak Portuguese so this was really helpful for us, he also recommended us bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with fresh bread, fruit, cereals, cakes, eggs, and avocado. We also enjoyed the homemade cakes in the afternoon, perfect after a day out! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

On the beach and had a relaxed feel to it. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and gave us great recommendations of where to go for the day. They also looked after our bags as we had a late ferry back to the mainland.
