Beautiful accommodation with an oasis as garden, you are very near the village but feel as if you are in the middle of the forest. Is is super comfy and cozy and hosts are wonderful!

The ladies at the reception were very nice and available, always keen to help. The pousada having a collaboration with a boat trip company, made it easy for me to organize myself. The massage was, for me the best experience I had there, but careful, they are quite addictive and onerous!

The place is in a walking distance to the beach, however it feels like you are in the woods - very quiet, can just listen to the sounds of nature. The staff is super helpful, giving a lot of recommendations what to do, breakfast great and the atmosphere just perfect for a island stay.

The green garden is beautiful and the staff were really friendly. Air conditioning works fine and silent.

The staff made all difference in our stay at the Island , the girls were very friendly and receptive , apart from all the great tips about the place like hikes and restaurants/clubs in town. We got 3 out of 5 days in pouring rain and even though had a great time in there =)

Relaxing Good location

The garden was beautiful. We even saw a monkey! The staff was always very helpful

The place is beautiful, feels like being in the middle of the Mata Atlántica. You can see small cute animals here and there. It is surprisingly bug free, minus the moskitos which are everywhere. Bring bug spray! The room is lovely, maybe on the small side but comfortable enough.

The pousada is so charming, welcoming and confortable. It’s so exotic that it gives you a real break from anything else. The breakfast is really good with a lot of choices every morning. The staff is super nice and gives you a lot of ideas of things to do in the island.

“Exceptional”

Room with the hottub was beautiful. Plenty of hot water. Good WiFi. The baked goods and fruit for breakfast was tasty and you were able to refill your water for free. Location was perfect, a short walk from the beach and very quiet at night. The plants in the hotel were also gorgeous. The staff were so helpful. Looking forward to coming back.
