I didn’t stay at this pousada, because I could not find it, there was no indication in the street and even local didn’t know where it was. Géolocalisation was wrong.

Great central location, only a few minutes walk from the main pier. Lovely hotel building with a friendly, relaxed vibe. The room was a decent size, clean (with airco and a fan) with comfortable bed and bathroom. Excellent breakfast and there is afternoon coffee and cake too! Owner was extremely friendly and helpful in making recommendations for restaurants and arranging days trips and transportation to our next destination. Would stay here again and can highly recomment this lovely Pousada.

Great location, nice building. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s perfect you can take a shower even after checking out, to enjoy the beach on your day of departure.

Staying at this Pousada was an excellent choice. It is located 2min away from the main pier, the building itself is beautiful and gives an sense of relax and peace from the first minute you set foot in, the staff is nice and helpful providing information and taking care of the guests. “Amazing place to stay!”

An amazing small hotel at the middle of the village! The building as well as the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the location could not get any better.

This was an excellent place where the owner and staff were superb. Really friendly and helpful (eg day tours). Decent sized room, excellent breakfast, and very central. I would heartily recommend this place.

The welcome & briefing were excellent. WhatsApp directions were sent in advance, which was very helpful. We were offered a choice between 2 rooms, which was nice - one with a third bed (more space), the other with a larger corner balcony rather than a single balcony. Both were cheerfully decorated & had good storage. We opted for more space. The bed was double (not king) but very comfortable indeed. A nice shower room with large shower cubicle. The pousada is simple, thoughtfully decorated (with local artworks, including boats, islands & colourful fish) & well set up. (Note there is no lift as it's an older building.) It's just 70 meters from the ferry point, so very easy for access, tours etc. Breakfast was varied & nicely presented - fresh coffee in a flask for each table; fresh fruit, pastries, cakes, & also omelettes or local filled tapiocas (a kind of dry pancake made from tapioca flour) made to order. Tea & coffee with cake are provided free at 4pm daily - a very nice touch, especially after an outing, or if it's raining! The setting is in the middle of all the activity of Abraao, off the "main" pedestrianised street on the seafront, in a narrow side street with shops, tour outlets & eateries. Despite that we found it quiet, especially at night, & were there during a weekend. If you want isolation, & a beachfront paradise place there are locations like that but all would involve a water taxi to reach them. Posada Casablanca was a very nice, friendly, easy-access place close to restaurants & the port & tours/water taxis, which was what we wanted. Highly recommended for a short stay.
