“Disappointing and unhelpful staff”
Staff were not helpful. Do not expect to be in the same dorm as your group, everyone is separated regardless of how many is in the group (we saw this happen with two other groups an we all questioned why they hadn’t just put us together when there was room). No staff to help with key cards during the night when one of the groups keycard did not work for her room. All the night staff were unhelpful and dismissive and made no effort to try and help open her door. This therefore meant that she had to sleep on a sunbed until the reception staff returned to reception at 8am. Would not recommend unless completely desperate.

“NOT RECOMMENDED”
The hostel never replied to my messages, not even on their whatsapp number. Total lack of respect. In addition to that they never provided the invoice which I requested many times, even they did not reply to booking customer support requests, I will never book again here

“Amazing location and vibe to socialize and hang out”
Location and social activities (live music, parties, place to hang) were really the best in the city. Breakfast selection was nice and diverse. View from the room (sea and boats) was really nice and hostel offers great value for money.

“Party hostel good view”
It is a party hostel, every night there is music for free for people staying at the hostel. The bar is quite nice and the view from the terrasse too. It is right by the beach.
