A very comfortable room with a lovely garden view. We had a lovely walk to the pub along the river for dinner and a great nights sleep before a fantastic breakfast. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

What a fantastic guest house , absolutely stunning !! Beautifully decorated . Made to feel really special . Everything was top notch. Gary and Joyce the most wonderful hosts , nothing too much trouble and lots of little extras , ( ie tea and cake on arrival served in beautiful china ) home made flap jacks in bedroom . the grounds and views were stunning . Breakfasts was just simply divine , and served with real class and style .

This is an exceptional country house hotel. Joyce and Garry are wonderful hosts who immediately make you feel very much at home, tending to your every need in a super friendly and efficient way. The breakfast is second to none, the bedrooms and downstairs guest areas are beautiful and very stylish. The views over the river Dee and towards the Cairngorms are stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Lys-Na-Greyne is a truly exceptional place and certainly one of the best guesthouses I’ve stayed in. The warmth and attentiveness of the hosts makes staying here a very special experience. The house and grounds are very characterful with classically elegant decor. The standard of the rooms and the food are also second to none.

The breakfast was excellent with fresh locally sourced food. Prepared to order. Beautiful tranquil setting, the guest lounge and dining room and conservatory, terrace and garden overlooking the River Dee. Just lovely. Pretty river walk to the Boat Inn for dinner. Tea and homemade cake a lovely touch on arrival. Room very clean, comfortable and bright with a fabulous bathroom with Arran aromatics toiletries. Very welcoming hosts who are from the local area.
