It's a well kept hotel. The staff is super nice. They serve fairly good meals although the coffee is too watery.

“Highly Recommend!”
I was welcomed by Sabine and her wonderful staff, many of who speak English. They were all very friendly and Sabine organised a fantastic guide to take me around the sites of Abomey and learn about voodoo/vodun culture. The bed was comfortable, strong aircon and WiFi and fan, hot water, an excellent breakfast and dinner was also delicious. Highly recommend!

“Wonderful stay, able to find guide for city tour and voodoo ceremony through Sabine”
Chez Sabine was an exceptional stay in Abomey. We were able to check in smoothly, and Sabine kindly helped to arrange a guide for us to tour the city, with an optional voodoo ceremony at night. Dinner was fantastic and value for money. The young staff even woke up very early to prepare a full breakfast for my friend who was fasting and needed to eat at 530am. All in all a great experience and highly recommended!

“Delightful, highly recommended - especially for dinner!”
It's a quiet little hotel, clean and well-maintained, with good wifi and laundry service. The breakfast is good but the one dinner I had there was spectacular, not less! The airconditioner worked well and the staff, headed by Sabine, was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Sabine is a beautiful women in all senses of the word. She - and her staff - go out of their way to make their guests enjoy their stay. The breakfast is great ... even at 6am when I needed an early start. She linked me up with a guide that got me into a special yearly vodou celebration which the king helped organize and attended. I was the only westerner.

A pleasant guesthouse located in a quiet area. The staff were very helpful and served delicious food. Sabine is charming; she organised a guide for me who took me to a local Voodoo ceremony at night, where I was the only foreigner. The rooms have air conditioning and hot water.

“Best place to stay in Abomey”
Sabine is an amazing host. From the moment I arrived she took great care of me. She prepared a wonderful lunch, organized a guide who showed me around Abomey during the adternoon and helped me organize my trip to Natitingou. The room was very nice too and prices were very reasonable for the quality of everything. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Abomey.
