No welcoming, reception or real contact. The owner pretends not to hear you when you try to speak with her on the phone, and just sends a person who only speaks Serbian on your arrival and who immediately cashes your payment without asking for your identity papers, so obviously without declaring anything. That was my only personal contact during the stay, except for the receiving by WhatsApp of numerous but vague indications on walks around the city. It was difficult for me to get an invoice (I had to threaten to go to the police). Since it is all about making easy money, the house is under-equipped. There is not even the slightest protection against light on the windows. No handrail along the 2 floor-staircase, which makes the house impossible for young children for instance. The cutlery are in such a poor material that they are difficult to wash. Two light bulbs were "defekt", as the owner said, including the one in the laundry room. The house is located in a desolated street with sad views, which definitely completes the picture.
