Suggestion for the landlord. Send a message on WhatsApp to the tenant with the exact location of the property. Including how to collect the keys. And a sign for the property. It was difficult to find. Everything else is really excellent

“Perfect country house for family trip in Zabljak”
We stayed (4 adults) in Vila Tara at the end of February for 3 days. In general the Vila is right the same as on the photos, it is spacious, clean, comfortable, has a beautiful view and good location. In details: 1) The whole villa is separated into two different apartments (2 bedroom apartment on the first floor and three bedroom on the second, all apartments have their own entrances. So you never know who will be your neighbours, unlucky we had noisy ones, who did not clean the territory after their dogs and also interrupted us. 2) It wasn't cold outside during our stay, but heating worked perfectly, you can even regulate the temperature in each room. And also we had enough hot water for the all of us. 3) Door in the bathroom has a lock, but it was installed in a wrong way so you can't lock inside the bathroom, it is not a problem when you travel with a family, but it was a little bit embarrassing. 4) There was a strong wind during our stay, so during one day electricity turned off because of a damage. We knew about windy conditions before trip, so we took some candles from home and it saved our evening. And the villa stayed warm for a long time. 5) The host is very kind, we got to Zabljak early, two hours before our check in, but everything was ready and the host let us in without extra cost.

Roomy, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Not to mention an extremely generous and helpful host. This apartment is situated on top of a hill and is quiet and with a great view of the surroundings. Really enjoyed my stay.
