Excellent holiday home. Highly recommend. Amazing location - we enjoyed beautiful family friendly walks around Black Lake (Crno Jezero) and Snake Lake (Zminje Jezero). The house is cosy, homely, modern & spotlessly clean with everything you'll need. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a flat tyre and she helped us get everything sorted - even enlisting the help of some kind neighbours!

A very spacious and cozy house! There was everything we needed. We really enjoyed the barbecue place outside, it was amazing to cook and sit near the fire under the stars. Also I want to mention very comfortable and cozy beds and pillows - all people from our group noticed that and we were very happy :)

“Charming house with well stocked kitchen and wonderful hostess.”

This was a charming little house on a quiet street. We were walking distance to town. The view behind the house was of a beautiful grassy hill with quaint houses at the top. We also had a view of the mountain on another side of the house. The hostess made us a traditional milk pie for our first night’s dinner and gave us a bottle of homemade brandy that was a family recipe. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. All the bedrooms were on the second and third floors so one needs to be able to climb the steep stairs.

The host and the house were excellent, clean and cosy.

Great location, nature, farm, cows and chickens all around. The place was clean, and Sonia was very nice and helpful, trying to do whatever it takes to make our stay as good as possible.

The scenery is simply stunning, beautiful little house in the middle of the mountains. We really had an amazing time and the host was responsive and very kind.

“Wonderful 3 days at Žabljak”

I can highly recommend this property. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the center of Žabljak [it's about 10 minutes walk to get there]. Building is modern and inside you can find all necessary ammenities. The greatest strenght of this place are hosts - Stefan and his mother are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always happy to help. All in all this place is an absolute gem.

Overall everything went so fine. We were a little bit late but the hosts prepared everything for us and when we arrived we felt like we were in our own hope. The villa had everything. It was warm and cozy, the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything you'll ever need to cook everything. There also a supermarket in the center of Zabljak that you can find almost everything there. parking was enough for 3 cars or even more. It's definitely a place I'll want to get back again some day in the future. Funny is that me and a friend was telling each other that we should have bring our grill with us but we found out that there's a grill in the back side of the house. It's more than enough for 11 people. Highly recommend!

“Family stay in the fall”

It is a great place for larger family or friends. House is really lovely and well maintained with all amenities for a comfortable stay. WiFi is excellent, so is the fireplace. We used outside barbecue facilities and the owners supplied the wood, etc. Great spot from which to explore Durmitor and Žabljak, very peaceful and picturesque.

The house has a Private parking. 2 floors, 2 bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. 1 with a tub. There is also an attic with 2 more rooms. So 8 beds and a large sofa in the living room. The house is fully equipped with everything a family needs. Including Washing machine. Dish washer and all the kitchen equipment. The house is clean and cozy. Nice fire place and a garden with a sitting hammock and benches to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. It is located 5 min from the center of Zablijak. The owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this house.
