I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a vacation in Žabljak. The hosts are wonderful and very welcoming. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The best part is the fireplace with a real fire — it’s incredibly nice to sit by it and relax. The location is also very convenient: there is a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, and you can take a lovely walk through a magical forest path to Crno Jezero.

Beautiful stay - amazing hosts - really lovely top quality fire very cosy

The owner is a living example that you can communicate even without a common language. I was warmly welcomed and, out of nowhere, treated to pancakes. The location is perfect, with close access to infrastructure and as a starting point to explore the national park. I would happily return anytime!

easy to get to, parking place in front of the apartment, nice place, the owner is living upstairs with her family and kids. clean and good value for the price. we had to pay in cash! this is a request all over the country, even if the booking is online, they will not charge the card

Amazing family, very good communication from booking to departure. Don’t forget to hand back the keys, I was there for two weeks but they were very understanding prior to a quick postage back!

Great apartment on the first floor on a private house with a small terrace, quiet, clean and tidy, close to the center. The hospitable young hostess served us delicious pancakes. We parked the car near the door.

The property was cosy and comfortable when we found it. Owners were very accommodating and gave us plenty of kindling to light the fire when we got wet in the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay. At first arriving we were a bit scared about a street dog not being happy for us to arrive (we also have a former street dog with us) but soon our dog and the other one became really good friends and the doggy was super cute. The hosts were amazing, even made us pancakes and pre- heated the place for us before arriving. The location is great. Right in the centre with free parking. The supermarket is very close by and some good restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. My girlfriend liked the pink pots a lot :) The living room is spacious and comfy as is the bedroom. Everything you want to see is close by. Go visit the beautiful lakes around and make some hikes. We highly recommend to stay at Dukes apartment

Perfect place. Cozy and warm and in center of town with everything close by. Owners are super kind. Place itself is perfectly clean and in good shape. There is nice fire stowe in cozy little living room with big tv and cable channels. Parking right next to the door. Everything is perfect, I would recommend it 100%

“Amazing Apartment Great hosts”

Had an amazing 3 nights stay at this lovely apartment. Everything was excellent right from the communication from the daughter of the owner who spoke excellent English no never had communication problem and also she helped in arranging me to pick up and drop to the bus station as well. The Mountain View from the apartment was breathtaking and the walk to the black lake was only around 30 minutes. The apartment was super cozy and the fire place was just amazing kept the house warm whole time. Bed room had a radiator as well so I didn’t feel cold at all even when it was subzero outside. The owner and his wife were very kind and always available for everything and even served me pastry and other local food items during my stay. Apartment had all the facilities and I didn’t feel like missing anything. I Felt straight like being at home

Although small, it was a cozy little apartment that had all the necessary equipment along with a lovely fireplace. It was minus 3 outside and inside very comfortable. Location good, walking distance to supermarket and cafes. A stunning area.
