Amazing place in 5min walk to the center with restaurants. Quite,plenty of parking in the area, Ivan was super friendly. The place was spoty clean. Will return for sure

Everything was great. Ivan was friendly. The house was very cozy. Ivan paid the tourist tax for us, which was very convenient.

I booked the bungalow with the double bed ( no fireplace). A very stylish place, I loved the wooden decor. I can tell they put their heart into it. The owners are incredibly hospitable and kind people. Thank you for everything. There's a small kitchenette with everything you need to cook something up for yourself. There's even pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, tea and coffee. Which is very useful as you don't need to buy them for a few days of stay, and I haven't seen them in many apartments I've stayed in before. I also like that there was some seating outside and they had a brochure of hikes in the nearby area.

“A snug and super comfortable little cabin - perfect hide away even in the deepest of winter”

We had heavy snowfall for several days before and during my stay but the little cabins was so snug and warm / eye perfect place to curl up with a good book and watch the snow fall outside. Ivan is super helpful - greeting me with a warm coffee or brandy and arranged for his uncle to drive me to the bus stop on my departure. Ivan’s house is just outside the main town but within east walking distance of the several restaurants and the Black Lake.

Good location, walking distance to town. Easy and ample parking. Clean apartment with everything you need for a short stay.

Great self contained stay in a good location in walking distance to local bars and restaurants and easy commute to the sights to do/ see in the area. Really clean, parking right in front. Beautiful scenery on your doorstep. Ivan was super helpful and friendly too!

It had everything necessary for a short stay. It is a bit further from the town center, which means it's more private and quiet. It is also close to the gas station, pizzeria and supermarket open until 9:30pm. Ivan, the host was also really nice to drive us in the early morning to Sedlo Pass (hiking area) for an additional price.

Very nice and cute accommodation. Separate little bungalow with plenty of space (we took the one with inner terrace). Parking in front of the bungalow. Cute wooden furniture, comfortable beds. Our family (2 adults, 3 smaller kids) fitted in well. Clean, well equipped. 2 electric heaters in case you need them in summer too. Short walking distance to Zabljak center for food etc. Owner Ivan is a nice person that communicated very well via messages before our arrival and while we were there too. He lives in the house next to the bungalow and is helpful if needed. Thank you and recommended.

Big thanks to Ivan for his hospitality! He met us well and provided us with a parking spot. The bungalow has everything for a comfortable stay. We stayed there for one night, but we will definitely return there again.

Our most hospitable host, Ivan was so helpful and friendly!! We especially loved his rakija and the nice hot shower. Compared to other parts of town, it was very quiet and had a nice outlook, and still very close to town, pretty much walkable.

VERY CLEAN! great location close to the town. comfy beds. Ivan was extremely helpful when we needed directions and advice about which roads to take. Had coffee and WiFi and everything we needed! great shower pressure in bathroom.
