The house is extremely clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay - from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, and everything you need is nearby. Highly recommended!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can write about this place. The owner was extremely helpful and made effort to be there for anything we needed during our stay. The place was clean, cozy and welcoming. We cannot wait to come back, especially during the winter, and relive such an amazing (much needed😂) vacation. I can go on and talk about the great time we had but in summary I do strongly recommend this place for anyone wanting to come to Žabljak and explore its beauties!!

Our stay at Breza in Žabljak was fantastic. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s perfectly situated close to the center, making it easy to explore the town and Durmitor National Park. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the house made it feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend Breza for anyone visiting Žabljak!

I stayed at Property Breza in Žabljak and had a fantastic experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the surrounding nature. The location is ideal for exploring Durmitor National Park. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend Property Breza for a relaxing getaway in Žabljak.
