“Perfect base to explore Durmitor National Park.”

Clean, spacious, well maintained property with plenty of parking. Good kitchen and you can actually make your meals there if you want to. The grounds were very well maintained and the hostess was very friendly as well. 20 mins walk or 2-3 mins drive to Zabljak town centre. Easy access to Sedlo Pass and Dobri Do in Durmitor National Park and Durmitor Ring Road. Same goes for the Black Lake. Will definitely book again if we return.

The hosts are exceptional and warrant the 10/10 rating alone. When we asked how to get to the Black Lake, he offered to take time out of his work to take us and pick us up for no fee. The room was very warm and extremely clean and any questions we had were attended to immediately.

We wondered if there would be another catch, like he would take us to an expensive place with the whole family, but no. He dropped us off and picked us up on time, even after we decided to stay longer than planned and rearranged while we were there. Any problems we reported he came and attended immediately.

We loved the Location, parking place, the room is big. Wonderful view, big shower , the nice host, who waited for us at 21:00 at night to give us the keys, and helped us clean the car window from ice when we left.

Everything! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nice location, 15 min walk to Zabljak but there is a nice side walk all the way to the town so it is comfortable to walk :)

The hosts was very polite and kind and upgraded us to a big apartment for a small fee. The apartment in itself was fantastic and very clean and had everything we needed. The host went out of her way and did our laundry and did not charge anything. I must also say her sister is an amazing artist and you can ask to see her paintings.

“An excellent choice for a quiet stay with friendly and accommodating hosts”

I traveled to Zabljak for work. Both my partner and myself were working remotely during our stay. We really found our at Stari Gaj very comfortable. The hostess was very welcoming and accommodating. She gave us a different, better room to accommodate our needs - as we had to work and needed more space. It was a quiet neighborhood and was easy to get to the restaurants. It was about 15 minutes walk to get to restaurants which we really enjoyed . Also the walk was pedestrian friendly - there was a pavement which is a big plus. The yard was nice, with tables and chairs available both in shade and in the sun. We felt welcome and the other guests were also quite nice, we did not really notice their presence. Overall we were quite happy with our stay and it was a great value for money.

The owner farther is fantastic.He prepared dinner using all home made ingredients,home made spirit from special fruits.Next day we visit the mountains he used gis own car,and we had nice soup in mountain restoran.All recommendations, fantastic pleace 10+

Clean, functional without too much furniture.

Friendly hosts and excellent place to stay near Žabljak. It is well equipped and clean. There is enough parking space for a few cars. It takes only a few minutes to get to the city centre. Totally recommend it!

Very nice location for car drivers. They have a large private parking space. Easy access to the ski centre and town centre by car. Host was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. The apartment got everything we need.
