Cradle Barn has a lovely little home from home fill to it. As someone who is staying away from home for work purposes, I wanted something more then just a hotel room and a bed. The Barn has a lovely gravelled driveway that complements the overall feel of the place. With a warm and inviting lounge area that leads through to the bathroom and then on to the bedroom. All rooms are exceptionally clean with tea and coffee at your finger tips. Being away from home can be lonely but Cradle Barn gave me a lovely warm place to go back too and not feel so lonely. I will defiantly be coming back for my home away from home and next time hopefully even bring the family for a nice getaway.

We received a warm welcome from Jo and we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, as were the seats in the lounge area and the whole property very clean and welcoming. The bathroom is spacious with an excellent shower . I would not hesitate to recommend this property and intend to stay there again when I’m in the area. There is some road noise (as mentioned in the description) but this did not affect our stay or disturb us at all.

Mike and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home right away. The apartment is in a former barn, which has been renovated with a lot of taste and attention to detail. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped. We continued our journey into the Cotswolds. The location is ideal for that.

Mike Authers is a very lovely host. The room was perfectly prepared, the table was set for our own breakfast in the evening and the milk for tea was in a jug in the fridge. His towels are the envy of every housewife.

This is a charming place to stay! A really cosy, spotless space ideal for a couple for a weekend. The facilities were great for what we needed - a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and cutlery all provided. Mike greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The low level intermittent road noise didn’t bother us at all as we had earplugs. We would definitely stay again!
