“Overall nice stay”
Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. Aircon was on when we came in which was nice. Room smelt lovely and beds were comfortable.

Had to move rooms as tv didn't work they took the key and said they would be back we had to wait and wait and eventually ring them as we were waiting to go out, or phone charger for left in the room we moved from and when we rang and asked if they could get it they told us they couldn't get into the room! And we would have to try in the morning! In the new room the air con would not go below 20 so it was too warm to sleep comfortably, in the morning we had to wait after calling for the charger!! And when asked if the new room was OK, we said about the air con and the receptionist just replied "oh well' and carried on talking to her colleague!!

The room was spacious and well designed. The bed was large and comfortable, with sensible pillows. The air conditioning was quiet and unintrusive. The room was dark at night with only a few dim LEDs in various places - excellent.

The bed was so comfy. Air Con was great and smelled nice and clean.
