Everything was great all the staff was friendly and respectably! My only complaint is the internet could be better, the internet just worked sometimes and that wasn't often, So Yes the internet could be better. Everything else was great, just the internet was bad.

The front desk hold my driver license for a whole day and not returned to me until I found out at 200 miles away.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

They cancelled our booking day of at the last minute because they overbooked. Said they would not charge me because it was due to them, yet took money from my account and still has yet to return my money it’s been a month! Be careful where you book!! Don’t book here. Not the first having a terrible experience should have learned the first time. Someone even entered my mother’s room in the middle of the night. How do they even have a key in the first place?? They did nothing about it after looking at camera footage. She was lucky that time.

The location off the road was great but that is it.

I didn't like the fact that i booked a room at 5:04pm sunday October 1 2023 and arrived at 5:37pm to check in and the front desk worker Jonathan tells me he took it apon himself to cancel my reservation not even giving a reason why he did that. And told me i wouldn't b able to reserve another room due to the fact they did have any available to book.will not go back to this location not to mention the ugly nasty attitude he had
