Breakfast was very good, staff was excellent. Inn just changed ownership 10 days prior. New owner was working the front desk when we checked in and again at breakfast. Needs and will receive updating but I believe in the staff.

Staff were really friendly and really proud of their chai and tea making facilities (a first for an American hotel -kudos) Rooms were basic but clean, nothing missing.

We booked on line & unfortunately had the wrong date, the lady on the counter was so nice and fixed everything for us so quickly and without a hassle. We are staying 3 nights and are so happy with everything, also breakfast was very nice and the lady serving was so friendly, lots of smiles at this hotel.

Our 2nd visit here in less than 2 months due to family medical emergency. Mr. Ish at the front desk is still just as accommodating as the first visit here! We will be having to return to Abilene frequently in the near future and we believe we found our "home away from home"! Rooms are very clean and smell so nice, starting at day one until we checked out. No outside noise at all! Ever! Breakfast is not your run of the mill "free breakfast" type hotels. This is eggs cooked to order, the waffles are fantastic, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, hot/cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk/chocolate milk, juices, coffee, donuts, you name it! All in a nice dining room! The breakfast alone is well worth the price! The housekeepers are super nice and happy to help! Laundry Lady was so kind as well. It would be very hard for me to find anything wrong here....they even have Starbucks coffee in the lobby, 24/7 !!!!!! We had to extend our visit for another week and it was no problem at all, we didn't have to change rooms! Thank you Mr. Ish for your (and your staff's) kindness!

What was there to NOT like!!!!!!!!!!! Upon arriving for my stay, I met "Ish", the gentleman at the front desk. He was so kind and inviting. I've never stayed at a hotel, Inn or Suite, where the front man showed me were everything was AND even to my room to show me what I was paying for! Extremely Kind! 24 hr Starbucks coffee in the lobby, a breakfast buffet where breakfast is made to order! I had a male chef one day and a female chef the next morning and my breakfast was spot on! Go for the omelets and/or fried eggs!!!! An outside area to sit by the pool with a covered awning! Has a nice TV outside too to sit around and watch ~ A game/theatre room! A laundromat, even a small little grocery/snack type area in case you forgot something. Upon entering my room, it smelled so nice and the smell lasted the entire 4 days I was there. The linen was nice, clean, fresh! The bed was so incredibly comfortable. I'm disabled and sleep in a hospital bed at home. Hotel beds are just not that great for sleeping for my spine. However, I slept so well in the bed here ~ not just one night but ALL the nights! Bathroom was nice and fresh & clean. The fridge is not one of those small ones in most hotels....this was a very nice size fridge! Television was great, never lost cable, even the night of a storm! Hot water....all day long!! The hot shower was the best! I never heard a single sound outside of my a/c and tv....even when they were turned off, you never heard a sound. This stay was needed due a family medical emergency, one that took us to Abilene 3 times in 6 weeks, however, our first time ever staying at the here at "3450" ~ I can honestly say, we have found our place to stay from now on for our trips to Abilene. If you don't take my word on this....try it for yourself! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! FIVE STARS ~

Fantastic breakfast (freshly cooked eggs and hash browns, chocolate milk!, cereal and breads and juice and fruit etc). Handy to highway. Dark room, comfy bed. Great sized fridge/freezer.
