Very long wait for about an hour before checking in the room. we only one counter for the checking which is not something that should happen for the standing of this place. 2. Balcon was not clean at all 3. Cacao lounge was closed at 10 pm instead of 12PM seen in the menu

“First visit (and last) since I stayed at the hotel for two days in October 1972”
Breakfast was poor for such a standard hotel. VERY CROWDED, food constantly running out service slow. Only one person making omelettes, cutlery kept running out. I waited five minutes for a table spoon to eat my cornflakes. Staff shut the buffet the second it reached the advertised closing time.My place setting was cleared while I was waiting at the buffet. Several items were cold.

Reception was not at the hotel entrance and there was no information or signs notifying guests where it is. I believe there was an assumption all guests were repeat customers who understood the system. Requesting a hotel in the morning was a challenge - I was worried I would miss my flight. The hotel had no drivers they could call on the phone and someone had to go to the main road to get one.
