The room size was excellent. Bathroom was big. Bedding clean. Bedroom and bathroom clean but need attention in one or two places.

After having complaint about my room on the second day, the lady witness what my complaint was about and she proposed us another better room. On purpose, I didn't ask explicitly to change room just to see how professional and conscient they were. The first day, the man at the reception were more interested to get paid and didn't even bother about the fact that our pillows weren't a pillow at all and I requested to change or have at least extra one, just to be said that it wasn't possible and I have to wait for the second night.
