Overview
The resort offers air-conditioned rooms and villas with balcony and free WiFi. The resort has an indoor swimming pool, a health club with a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and tennis courts. Abha Airport is 4 minutes away. All rooms overlook the garden and include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and wooden or carpeted floors. The private bathroom includes free toiletries. Villas also include a kitchen and dining area. The health club has a sauna, hammam and hot tub. You can also work out in the gym or enjoy a game at the tennis court. King Khalid University is 18 km from the residence. The center of Abha is a 20-minute drive away.

“very relaxing stay.”
Distant villas with lush green around as if you were in jungle yet very safe. very clean surroundings variety of bird chirps every morning. On the whole it was an amazing experience.

Thr room was spacious and absolutely clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient, too. I don’t understand the harsh criticism raised in previous reviews. I would definitely stay here again if I were to catch an early flight from Abha airport.

“The most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had!”
The most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had! The WIFI does not work, and I was there for work, so you can see how that’s a problem! I tried to leave the hotel and go out one day and asked the front desk to call me a car or a taxi, they said I could call a Careem or an Uber, I tried that but none were available, so when I went back and asked the man at the front desk how I can get around he simply said “I’m sorry I can’t help you, you either use Careem or Uber or get someone you know to pick you up” so I was literally stuck at the hotel for an entire day because I had no way of getting around, and the hotel was not willing to help call me a cab or put me in touch with any drivers When I got there no one was available to check me in, so someone (whose job was not to check me in) helped do that, he was lovely, but since this was NOT his job, it was extremely hard to communicate with him and it took forever to get checked in. Now the cherry on top, the hotel is NOT actually the airport hotel!!!! So it has nothing to do with the airport and is not associated with the airport whatsoever (no contact with the airport that could have been helpful to get me around for example) it’s just called “The Airport Hotel”!!! Just to be fair however, the rooms were extremely clean and neat and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Everything was spotless. 5 out of 5 for cleanliness

Clean, cosy, spacious room with a balcony. Nice view. Possible early check in - in price. Very nice reception service. Really recommend it for those who need a perfect place near the airport.
