“A DISASTER! Please remove this hotel from your list of hotels becausei don’t want anyone to experience our worst vacatio”
Nothing really . It was a horrible experience! No restaurant, no room service, the internet was down, the TV had to be changed completely as it didn’t work and they had to reboot internet every hour on the hour with no service at all, the water in the shower has almost no hot water, if you take a shower without putting a towel on the floor you are likely to get a concussion and break your neck as it’s extremely slippery! You have to beg for towels every day and you are lucky if you get one roll of toilet paper that we keep on reminding them ! The whole hotel smells of smoke and were on a non smoking floor and the guests were all smoking and we complained every day but to no avail! This place was a disaster the worst hotel in my life ! They finally tried to rectify some of our problems but you can’t put a bandage on a wound that is pouring blood it just doesn’t cut the mustard! Worst hotel booking . Com recommended! Please for everyone sake remove it from your list as it’s embarrassing for further clients or tourists! Wasted our vacation!
