“Clean, comfortable & courteous”

Pleasant welcome made me feel relaxed & that I could ask for anything I needed. Room was pristine & looked newly decorated with immaculate carpet. Super comfy bed & breakfast was excellent as advertised. I had a good rest which prepared me for my onward journey to the Cambrian mountains. The station & amenities were close by as well.

Amazing waterfront hotel with views over the bay. It was so special to watch the sunset over the water from our bedroom window. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The staff are lovely. Breakfast was great - lots of options and everything is cooked fresh.

Excellent breakfasts & dinners on both days of our stay. Lively pub area with plenty of atmosphere & a good selection of beers and wines. Comfortable room with dramatic see view (room 32). Best of all the friendly, helpful and diligent members of staff. Good advice on parking & we managed to get a spot outside the hotel back door. The hotel is very professionally managed & we felt genuinely welcomed.

Excellent breakfast plenty of choice without been exessive. We booked dinner it was delicious. Staff very helpful & worked hard during an heatwave . Comfortable bed.

The hotel had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff were lovely. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable with a lovely walk in shower. The breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was fantastic, mainly the staff, every single person we interacted with was happy and welcoming, which always gets your holiday off to a great start. The hotel was spotless, the room was super clean and comfy. We ate our evening meal here and hats off because mine was piping hot and the little ones was perfect temperature (can't remember the last time I had a hot dinner) and it was tasty. Breakfast was good, the addition of pancakes is good, my child rates the hotel 11/5 😁 The bar was popular, so that's a good sign but I would recommend booking for dinner.

I stay regularly stay visiting friends (my hometown) and the Glen as it's known locally is fantastic. Food and drink in the pub downstairs are excellent with a good selection of real ales too. Rooms are clean and comfy and if your lucky enough to have / book a sea view it's wonderful. Staff great too. Can't fault it 👍
