Excellent location, great value for money, comfortable bed, absolutely huge ensuite room with an amazing bath. Clean and comfortable accommodation with off road parking.

it was very close to the beach! I also had access to a kitchen which was great very tidy room and comfy meds I also enjoyed watching Netflix instead of live tv

The property was very close to the beach (just round the corner) and was pretty much in the middle of the town centre which was nice and convenient for exploring the place! Staff were really nice and asked us if we needed anything/topped up loo roll and changed our bins everyday. The bathtub in the queen suite was fantastic!! Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Location is great- about a minute from the beach or a minute from the town. The building is lovely- big windows etc. The photos on the listing don't mislead- it's not the fanciest decor but equally it's not the fanciest price. We parked right outside the building. Checked in no problem, checked out no problem. Beds are very comfortable... everything is perfectly good.

Best appointed budget accommodation in a converted terrace, compared to several we've stayed in. Good size kitchen/dining, staff went out of their way to help. When we locked ourself out a solution was quickly found. We were able to leave our bags somewhere after checkout until train.

We had a lovely stay at this property this week. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I had the double bed and it was so comfortable. Will definitely stay again

The rooms were exactly as pictured and described, very comfortable, great cleanliness. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Location is excellent, basically in the town but one street from Aberystwyth seafront. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using Rooms by Maes Y Mor again.

The location was incredibly convenient, other hotel stayers were so friendly and considerate and my room was everything I needed for the few nights i was there and the hotel was clean and very well presented, me and my dog loved it!
