“A great house to spend time with family with plenty of space, but could do with a good spring clean and some new furnitu”

We’ve stayed here before so we knew what we were getting, however standards have slipped since then. The actual property is great, a lovely farmhouse with a good, rural location. The fireplace and many other features are beautiful. The hot tub is fantastic and is great for a large family group. The weather was fantastic during our stay so we enjoyed the large garden space. The bedding was very clean and there was plenty of space for us all.

We stayed for my sisters 40th birthday. Very clean and good lay out making all areas accessible. Everything we needed was there ready for us. Would have loved to stay longer and use the house as a base for great walks in the area. The house is solid stone so you couldn’t hear any noise from the attached property. Totally recommend

The house is situated in an isolated spot in the hills. It was spacious - with access to the grounds. Lovely scenery.

The jacuzzi was a huge hit for all but it proved. Impossible to tie on the covers when we went out for a few hours during Storm Dave. The location was very convenient for many attractions. The beds were very comfortable.

This place is beautiful! Stayed here as 2 family combined as 4 adults and 6 kids and was still plenty of room! The house is huge and so is the garden so the kids have loads of room to play outside! There is a huge hot tub that fit all of us in with plenty of room although the bubbles didnt work this didnt bother us at it was still lovely to sit in! Gutted to had to leave and the kids also wished we could stay another night!

Perfect size for group of 10. There are TV in each room, but all of them are not smart.. The kitchen needs deep cleaning. There is no privacy because the house is not a detached property as it is in the picture it is an extended property with three more houses with easy access to this property backyard. I was very disappointed with the hot tub because it was not cleaned.. When we asked to clean, they said it was already cleaned, but the tub was settled with beach sand. It was hard to say no to kids , so they used the hot tub , but adults missed it.. Downstairs bathroom needs curtains. Masterbedroom bathroom is not working properly.Please update the profile photo, and this is not the entrance photo but the backyard.

We loved the house .only inside though.The rooms were spacious and clean.Good linen supplied .Hot tub was clean and warm enough.

Outdoor hot tub

Very spacious, hot tub was awesome, location is easy to find, kids loved the space in the garden! Living room TV could have been a smart TV with Netflix or something. Huge thanks to the gentleman who helped me as my car got stuck reversing out the drive! He bought his truck and then helped with wooden plans in the rain! Be careful as there's a drop quite close to the driveway.

A Wonderful Stay in Aberystwyth – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the cottage in Aberystwyth. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Davis ( Owner) and Rob ( Staff ) who were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. The cottage itself was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting was peaceful and picturesque—perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of the Welsh countryside. Mr. Davis and Rob truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality made all the difference, and we felt right at home. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re visiting for a quiet break or to explore the area, this cottage is a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!
