Very picturesque location right on the beach front with shops and places to eat nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely host. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay @ The Helmsman Guesthouse. Our host was warm and welcoming. Had the full English Breakfast which we couldn't fault. Room was emaculate and bed very comfy. Had a sea view too. Would stay again if in the area and would definitely recommend.

“A lovely short break. Very comfortable bed. Chairs ideally placed to see the sea. No worries.”
It was clean, quiet & comfortable with fantastic sea views. The floorboards didn't squeak...which is amazing for an old building! We didn't have to worry or stress about anything. Everything was straightforward.
