The flat is perfectly located, spacious, and very clean and tidy. It was easy to find and access. The accommodation suited our group of friends perfectly for a couple of nights, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

“Very spacious, excellent location, good facilities.”
The bedrooms and one of the bathrooms were on the ground floor which made it much easier for a family member with limited mobility. The family room was huge!! And had views out over the prom to the sea. Lots of space - and 3 sofas in the sitting room for people to stretch out!!

Loved the accommodation, and the view from the sitting room was amazing, very well placed for all amenities, and parking was possible

We were provided with a very comfortable and furnished apartment in Ty Edleston House but, although equivalent, it wasnt the one we'd booked in Grosvenor House.

Very friendly staff in the four seasons picking up the key. The location was superb right on the seafront. As we were staying over Christmas, it was lovely to have a big lounge to relax in and a decent dining table to sit at for Christmas dinner. All the beds were lovely and comfy.

Excellent location right on the beachfront. A couple of nearby carparks to leave the car within only few minutes walk of the apartment. Hit and miss if they were full or not. Plenty of space for 6 adults.
