“Awful rooms,”
Room was filthy, we had tea making facilities but not sink for water or kettle to make tea and coffee, just the tea and coffee. Heating was on full blast, beds were stained, carpets were awful. It was more like a student hostel room. Poor quality breakfast.

“Very good budget hotel”
After I booked it I saw many negative reviews but actually it was very good. I spend a lot of time in Hotels all over the UK and this one was perfectly acceptable. I was expecting to share a bathroom but had my own shower, the breakfast was brilliant, the staff friendly and helpful and there was somewhere to lock up my motorbike. All this for a very good price.

Wasn't clear what time breakfast finished. No bathmat for the bathroom and the damp floor was exceptionally slippery, leading to a very nasty fall coming out of the shower, and arm injury (which could have been much worse)
